Moreover, an overloaded individual will experience faster burnout<\/a> and the teams will suffer from turnover and acquisition costs over time.<\/p>\n Yes, there are many disadvantages to ineffective workload distribution. However, with a little bit of attention, a manager can ensure work is distributed equally and fairly among all team members. The ensuing increase in job satisfaction, reduction in errors, and better overall team performance is a natural outcome.<\/p>\n
