It uses machine learning to analyze employee worktime behavior and identify disengagement and attrition risk in advance, with 70–90% predictive accuracy. It is validated across multiple enterprise datasets of 12,000–16,000+ users. The model demonstrates strong performance on precision, recall, and F1 score metrics.

RRI analyzes seven worktime parameters — logged hours, productive hours, time on system, time away from system, neutral hours, non-productive hours, and absenteeism — using unsupervised ML for disengagement detection and supervised ML trained on historical resignation data for attrition prediction. It runs fully automated on ProHance's AWS cloud infrastructure.
